O.Ch. filled several jars with water from the Vistula and handed them out to members of the group in Mirosław Bałka’s Pracownia Działań Przestrzennych. Everyone could do whatever they wanted with their jar; the only prohibition was opening them. After about 2 weeks (which coincided with Christmas), everyone brought back the jars. O. Ch. then went to Instytut Biochemii i Biofizyki PAN to obtain snowflakes there with the expert support of the deputy director. To this end, each jar was opened separately, the water frozen at a temperature of - wo degrees, then magnified under a microscope, and the snowflake obtained in this way was photographed; the photograph was then placed in that person’s folder. Ultimately, all the photographs were developed and presented in two rows with descriptions.
An action inspired by the thesis that water remembers feelings, put forward by Masaru Emoto
